Breathwork techniques will offer tools to regulate the nervous system, which may help reduce fatigue and bring a greater sense of balance. We’ll also practice mindfulness and meditation, guiding you toward a quieter mind and greater emotional stability. Whether you're new to these practices or looking for additional support, this workshop provides a safe and welcoming environment to reconnect with yourself and discover effective ways to manage stress.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, especially those new to the practices of Yoga.
