For many people, their Yoga practice is sacred. It is a time to dive inward and experience their fundamental truth. A time for healing, reflection and vulnerability. At Sthira Sukham Yoga we believe that our number one priority is to hold that sacred space for you.
We want you to know that you will NEVER be photographed or recorded while in a class, whether virtually or in person. Further more we will NEVER livestream images or recordings of our classes on social media. Your privacy and comfort is of the utmost importance to us, and you can rest assured that we will always honor it.
