Kristen has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, programmer, and health and wellness coach. She came to yoga to find relief from chronic pain and found comfort in the way yoga helped her to focus not only on movement, but stillness and breathing. She enjoys helping her students tune into their bodies, and encourages them to find movement that feels good to them. When she isn’t teaching, you can find her out hiking, watching a lacrosse game, or reading a good book.
