Join avid golfer and Yoga teacher Lucia Pham-Sinclair for this exciting Yoga workshop designed to improve your golf game. You’ll learn poses and techniques that will enhance your flexibility, strength, and focus while also promoting overall well-being on and off the course and the mat!
Lucia will teach you Yoga poses that will improve your posture and therefore improve your swing. Plus you’ll learn breathing techniques for stress management that will help you keep your cool on and off the green. She’ll also share mindfulness practices designed to enhance your concentration, and tips for integrating Yoga into your routine, to prevent injuries and promote recovery.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and bring a Yoga mat if you have one.
