Our focus is on traditional Hatha yoga, which moves at a slower pace and is designed to balance and calm the nervous system.
We offer levels-based classes that focus on a students familiarity with the practice, not their physical abilities, enabling everyone to progress at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
We believe that the practices of Yoga are open and available to all, whether they think they can’t do Yoga, or they’ve been practicing for years, we’re here to support & encourage everyone along their path.

No, we prefer to warm the body naturally with the physical practice of asana, or the postures of Yoga. We strive to maintain a comfortable room temperature in the studio at all times.

Yes, we do! We provide several different types of mats, as well as a plethora of other Yoga props to aid in a students comfort and stability.

We have a wide range of pricing options to fit most people’s needs, and are always happy to assist each individual in figuring out the plan & pricing that works best for them.
To start, we typically recommend our New Student Pass, which gives the purchaser 30 days to explore an unlimited number of classes, for just $65.
