A practice to help calm your nervous system

Time to get cozy

You can practice on your mat down on the floor, or even in bed for maximum comfort. Take the time to create a comfortable nest for yourself, using lots of props, blankets and pillows so that your body can feel settled and supported throughout the practice.

We’ll start out by tensing and releasing different parts of the body to encourage a deeper sense of relaxation, then we’ll move through a body scan to further soften, followed by the guided meditation portion of the practice.
