Gretchen Schutte is a yoga and meditation guide that helps busy people create space to pause, breathe, & show up as the best version of themselves. She began her wellness and yoga journey in 2006 when she started practicing yoga for stress relief. As her practice grew, she knew she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. Gretchen's education started with a Vinyasa Yoga training and grew to include Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation. She believes that yoga is for everyBODY and the benefits of yoga, including balance, breath, and mindfulness, can be utilized off the mat, in every area of our lives. Her intention is to empower you with the invaluable tools of breath, movement, and mindfulness and enable you to embrace each day with more ease.

When she's not guiding yoga & meditation, Gretchen enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her partner, David, and their cat, Wedge.
